As a local company, Nanyang Kopi has a special place in our hearts. The traditions and history of Kopi / Kopitiam have built the underlying character and personality of every Singaporean. However, being a master Tao Chiew and the art of “Tarik” (throwing Kopi) is becoming lost. Future generations are elevating into professional careers, which is a great thing.
So, we wanted to preserve the art of making Nanyang Kopi. We’ve collaborated with a master Tao Chiew from Ebenezer Coffee, one of Singapore’s leading local coffee roaster, to train our robots to make Singapore’s best Nanyang Kopi.
